To start with I have never blogged before. So friends, family, and students can follow along as my brother, Aaron and I plan our trip to World Cup 2010 in South Africa, I thought this might be the time to try and blog.
Our quest started in February 2009 when my brother and I decided to register for world cup tickets. You first had to register for tickets then a random draw would be made in April 2009 to determine who would get tickets. The goal of our ticket registration was to see all games in Cape Town during the month of June 2010.
I just checked my email about 1-hour ago and our ticket registration was approved. Although I did not get all the tickets applied for. My application was only approved for the first two games in Cape Town, not all 6 games like I had wanted. I will now have to wait to May 4th, 2009 and try to get more tickets on a first come first serve basis. But I am very excited to have tickets to two games in Cape Town!!!!!!!!!!!!
This completes my first blog post and will update when there is new information to share. AJK
